If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself. First, click the password reset link. Enter the email address you use to log in to the portal and press the green “Get code” button.
Immediately after confirming, fields for entering the PIN code will appear on the portal. You will receive the PIN code on your email within a few moments. If you do not see the message, please check your Promotions or Spam (junk mail) folder.
Once you receive the PIN code, enter it into the displayed fields on the portal. After successfully entering the PIN code, you will be prompted to set a new password.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
You can then log in to your profile with the new password. You can change your password at any time later within the portal by logging in, opening My Account -> My Profile, and updating your password in the Change Password section.
