The fishing family Straža-Sava manages the river Sava from Tacen to the outflow of the Ljubljanica into the Sava as well as the ponds near the fishing lodge in Spodnje Gameljne.
In the waters managed by the RD Straža-Sava you can fish for huchens, brown trouts, rainbow trouts, graylings, common nases, barbels, chubs, Danube roaches and carps.
