A fisherman who is not a member of RD Vrhnika must be accompanied by a member of RD Vrhnika who has passed a fishing exam. At the end of fishing, an official measurement of the caught fish is mandatory at the RD Vrhnika fishing hut. The catch of a huchen must be IMMEDIATELY reported to the head of the guard service at +386 31 30 93 84. Fish consumption is at your own risk.

Restrictions
Fishing is allowed with one rod, one lure of min. length of 10 cm and with max. 3 hooks (single, double or treble). Obligatory: landing net, unhooking mat, measuring tape, clamps, knife. If any other of fish species are caught, the angler should carefully release the lure and put it back in the water.
